Jim Haytas was very easy to work with over the phone. I switched vehicles and then the color of the vehicle on him and he was never bothered in the least either time. He and Lassen Toyota were willing to match an advertised offer by another dealership and was very easy to work with. He was eager to sell me the vehicle I was looking for and I will go out of my way to work with him again in the future!
